Oreo and Sandy

Aunt Esther suprised the kids with mice for a Christmas gift yesterday. Poor mice, they were better off being snake food. In the last 24 hours these poor vermin have been tortured. They've been taken everywhere the kids have gone, including jumping on the tramp, a bike ride, in fact right now they are at the movies with the kids. I'll keep you updated on how long these new additions are still around.

Christmas Card Photo Shoot

We went up to Felton to try and take a picture for our Christmas card. Here are some that didnt make the cut.

Holiday Music Show

Jax's class put on a holiday music show. It was so cute. The kids sang a medly of songs from each culture and did a few dance numbers. They also each had a little solo line. These kids were too cute. Afterward there was a class potluck. It was a great night.

The Neighborhood Babysitter

When we lived up in Felton we purchased one of those huge trampolines. We got it to entertain the kids since we lived on a street with no other children to play with. The kids played with it for a few days, but after that it just sat there unused. Well, a few weeks ago we set it up down here in our front yard. From the moment we were finished putting it together the thing has been in use. Our yard is the hotspot. It is great. Of course the inevitable already happened. While Jax was being babysat, the local group of pretweens dared him to jump off the roof to the tramp. I swear that kid takes years off my life. When I told Luke about what happened his response was "I guess we should move the trampoline closer to the house." I cant win. Oh well.

Fieldtrip

Jax went on a fieldtrip with his second grade class. Here a few pics one of the moms sent me that drove him. He looks like he is having so much fun. The girl in the pink dress is his crush. Her name is Natasha. He loves those brunetts.

Anniversary

Today is Luke and My 8th wedding anniversary. Wow I am getting old, the time sure does fly! We spent today, (thanksgiving) BBQing and enjoying the sunshine. How can I complain about being able to wear a tank top in late November. I love California.

Bored housewife starts a blog

Horray!, I just got a computer again. It has been a long six months or so not being able to have the internet. I love it! I have something to entertain myself at night while Luke is watching another boring episode of How its made or worse than that POKER! Just kidding, it must be a guy thing. I love ya Luke. After realizing that one of my favorite things to do is read my sisters blog, and get a shapshot of what her day to day is up in Washington, I wanted to make a blog too. It is the perfect way to keep in touch with all of you siblings of mine scattered all over. Not to mention that it seems none of us has time to chit chat on the phone. I hope that you guys will enjoy checking on what the kids are up to.
